2- I AM ALREADY UNDER A THERAPY/COUNSELLING TREATMENT. IS THERE ANY CONFLICT? HOW CAN THESE SERVICES HELP ME?
There is no conflict. The therapies do not jeopardize or negatively impact your treatment; they are complementary. For example, aromatherapy and the Bach floral therapy could help you access the subconscious process bringing a fantastic breakthrough in your therapy process.
3- I AM INTERESTED IN MORE THAN ONE SERVICE ON THE WEBSITE. CAN I HIRE MORE THAN ONE SERVICE AT THE SAME TIME?
Sure! We recommend combining different treatments, such as Bach flowers therapy + Women Circle or Bach Flower + Aromatherapy. The combined treatments bring a lot of benefits to the mental, physical, and emotional health
4- WHAT ARE THE FORMS OF PAYMENT AVAILABLE?
The payment methods will be at the check-out page. We offer PayPal as the fastest and safest method of transfer. It is possible to pay by credit card or bank transfer using the currency of your country.
5- HOW CAN I CANCEL A SERVICE ALREADY PAID?
The client needs to send a cancelation request by e-mail to contato@alineferreiraalves.com within 24 hours before the appointment to receive full reimbursement. All cancelations in less than 24 hours will not be refunded. The client must schedule a new appointment for the 30 days following the cancelled appointment (subject to the availability of the therapist's schedule). Also, there will be no reimbursement if there were more than 2 (two) refunds in the last 6 (six) months.
6- IF I NEED TO CANCEL AN APPOINTMENT, CAN I HAVE A REFUND?
Cancelations through e-mail (contato@alineferreiraalves.com) within 24 hours before the appointment will receive a full refund. There would be no reimbursement if there were more than 2 (two) refunds in the last 6 (six) months.
7- WHAT IS THE MINIMUM AGE FOR SERVICES?
Flower Therapy/ Reiki/ Aromatherapy: There is no minimum age. However, for minors, the treatment will only be initiated with the written authorization of the parents.
Woman's circle: minimum Age 21 years old
Circle Girl Female: minimum age 15 years old
